Cornbread Croutons

INGREDIENTS - flour - cornmeal - salt - baking soda & powder - oil - sugar - eggs - buttermilk - corn

STEP 1 Whisk together the dry ingredients, the puree the wet ingredients and combine them.

STEP 2 Pour the batter into a pan and bake!

STEP 3 Cube the cooled cornbread.

STEP 4 Drizzle with oil and salt, then spread out on a sheet pan.

STEP 5 Bake!
