Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS - brown sugar - cake flour - all purpose flour - cocoa powder - espresso powder - salt - baking soda & powder - egg - sour cream - milk - oil - vanilla - butter - peanut butter - powdered sugar

STEP 1 Sift together the dry ingredients.

STEP 2 Add the egg, sour cream, whole milk, warm water, oil, vanilla and stir.

STEP 3 Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake!

STEP 4 Make the frosting by beating together the butter and peanut butter.

STEP 5 Add milk and powdered sugar, and continue beating until fluffy.

STEP 6 Frost the cooled cupcakes, then garnish with peanuts and melted chocolate.
