Cheesecake Bars

INGREDIENTS - graham cracker crumbs - butter - cream cheese - sour cream - sugar - eggs - cream - vanilla - cornstarch - cake flour

STEP 1 Melt the butter and combine with the graham cracker crumbs.

STEP 2 Press into a pan and place in the fridge.

STEP 3 Beat together the cream cheese and sour cream, then add the sugar and eggs.

STEP 4 Then add the heavy cream and vanilla. Use a spatula to fold in the corn starch and flour. Pour into the crust.

STEP 5 Bake, then allow to cool completely in the fridge.

STEP 6 Slice and serve!
