Vegan & Gluten-Free
- GF flour blend - almond flour - salt - vegan butter
- coconut oil - granulated sugar - oat milk - vanilla
Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, and wet ingredients in another. Bring them together and mix. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough between two parchment papers, chill in the fridge, and cut out egg shapes using a cookie cutter.
Roll it out!
Bake the cookies and let them cool COMPLETELY before you even think about icing them!
Make the vegan icing and color them using natural food color powders! I used beet powder, matcha powder, butterfly pea powder, and ground turmeric.
Dip the cookies into the icing, and let it dry completely. Once the base color is dry, pipe on some more icing, drawing lines and dots. Have fun!!
