Bird's Nest Cookie Cups

INGREDIENTS - chickpeas - oats - cane sugar - maple syrup - oil - vanilla - salt - baking soda - apple cider vinegar - chocolate - shredded coconut - chocolate covered almonds

STEP 1 Blend all ingredients in a food processor, then press the dough into a mini muffin tin. Bake!

STEP 2 Melt the chocolate, then mix in the shredded coconut.

STEP 3 Divide the mixture onto the cookies, then set a chocolate almond on top!
