Ingredients
all-purpose flour cornstarch salt baking soda baking powder sugar vegan butter
vegan butter oil eggs mayonnaise vanilla extract dairy-free milk
Step 1
Whisk together the dry ingredients and add the butter. Whisk it in until the mixture looks like sand.
Step 2
Combine the wet ingredients (except for the dairy-free milk).
Step 3
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 4
Stir in the milk until the batter is smooth.
Step 5
Fill the paper liners evenly with the batter and bake in the preheated oven.
