Ingredients

gluten-free flour cornmeal salt baking soda baking powder olive oil

sugar eggs egg yolk non-dairy milk apple cider vinegar corn kernels

Step 1

Combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

Step 2

Combine non-dairy milk and vinegar.

Step 3

Blend milk mixture with corn kernels.

Step 4

Mix together the corn mixture with the eggs, yolk, and sugar.

Step 5

Stir together the dry ingredients and wet ingredients.

Step 6

Pour the dairy-free cornbread batter into a square pan.

Step 7

Bake it for 40 min in the preheated oven.

Step 8

Let the gluten-free cornbread cool completely before cutting it.
