Banana Upside Down Cake

INGREDIENTS - butter - brown sugar - bananas - cake flour - all purpose flour - coconut milk powder - salt - baking soda - sugar - sour cream - coconut milk - egg - coconut rum

STEP 1 Melt butter and brown sugar, then transfer to a cake pan and top with bananas.

STEP 2 Mix together the dry ingredients.

STEP 3 Cream together the sugar and sour cream. When combined, add the coconut milk, egg, and softened butter. Add the mashed banana and coconut rum.

STEP 4 Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then pour over the bananas and bake.

STEP 5 Invert the cake onto a plate or serving platter, slice and serve!
