INGREDIENTS - yellow cake - coconut milk - coconut cream - vanilla paste - egg yolks - sugar - cornstarch - flour - dark chocolate - heavy cream - coconut flakes

STEP 1 Bake the yellow cake rounds and allow to cool.

STEP 2 Heat the coconut milk, coconut cream, and vanilla paste.

STEP 3 Whisk together the egg yolks, then sift in the flour and cornstarch. Slowly add the coconut milk mixture.

STEP 4 Cool the custard. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate and heavy cream.

STEP 5 Assemble the cake with the cream and melted chocolate.
