INGREDIENTS - gluten-free flour - salt - baking soda - baking powder - butter - sugar - egg - honey - vanilla - peppermint - sprinkles

STEP 1 Cream together the butter and sugar.

STEP 2 Beat in the egg, honey, vanilla, and peppermint.

STEP 3 In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.

STEP 4 Add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter and let it chill in the fridge.

STEP 5 Scoop the cookie dough and roll it into sprinkles and bake!

STEP 6 Let the cookies cool for a couple minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
