Chocolate Haupia Pie

INGREDIENTS - cashews - almonds - dates - sea salt - coconut milk - sugar - water - cornstarch - chocolate  - coconut whipping cream

STEP 1 In a food processor, add the cashews, almonds, fresh dates, and fine sea salt and form into a crust. Press into a pie pan.

STEP 2 Heat the coconut milk, non-dairy milk, and sugar, then thicken with cornstarch.

STEP 3 Melt in chocolate, then pour into the prepared crust.

STEP 4 Top the pie with whipped coconut cream, then serve!
