INGREDIENTS - GF flour - cornstarch - cocoa powder - salt - baking soda & powder - butter - oil - brown sugar - eggs - buttermilk - vanilla - shortening - powdered sugar

STEP 1 In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, oil, and brown sugar.

STEP 2 Add the eggs. buttermilk, and vanilla.

STEP 3 Add the dry ingredients and let the batter rest.

STEP 4 Scoop the batter onto a baking sheet and bake!

STEP 5 Make the vanilla filling.

STEP 6 Sandwich the cookies with the vanilla filling and serve!
