Shiratama Dango

Ingredients

STEP 1 Mix together shiratamako and water in a bowl.

STEP 2 Slowly add the remainder of the water.

STEP 3 Roll the dough into a log and cut it into equal pieces.

STEP 4 Roll each piece into a ball.

STEP 5 Add the shiratama dango to the boiling water.

STEP 6 Transfer to ice water once done cooking. Drain once cooled, serve with topping of choice!
